We collect the information you provide directly through Quest submissions, contact forms, and subscription sign-ups, such as your name, work email, organisation, and the details of the problem or request you share with us.

Beyond information you submit, our knowledge base contains only publicly available professional information about businesses and individuals, names, roles, and company affiliations gathered from public sources such as company websites, news, regulatory filings, and job boards. We do not collect personal data beyond this.

Quest and contact submissions are used to respond to your request, prepare a diagnostic brief, and, where relevant, staff an engagement team. Access to client data is restricted to the team working on your engagement.

Aggregated, non-identifying information may be used to improve our research methodology, benchmarks, and product.

Internal knowledge base access is authenticated and role-based. Records are retained with an audit trail, see our Information Security page for details on how data is stored, backed up, and verified.

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the information you've submitted to us at any time by contacting intelligence@senseconnect.com.ng. If you believe a public company profile in our knowledge base contains an inaccuracy, tell us and we will investigate and correct it.

Reports, briefs, and digests are licensed for use by the purchasing individual or organisation and may not be resold or redistributed without written permission. Quest and Lab engagements are governed by the statement of work agreed with your engagement team, which takes precedence over this page where the two differ.

We may update this policy as the product evolves across its research, platform, and marketplace stages. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page.
